A new Alaska Airlines program offers subscribers a monthly WiFi voucher, plus early notification of upcoming fare sales.
Alaska Access, which is now live, costs $5 per month but requires a 12-month commitment.
Upon joining, members begin receiving a WiFi voucher, which can be used on one flight per month in lieu of Alaska's typical $8 WiFi fee. Members will also be notified about fare sales via the Alaska app and have early access to book those fares.
Alaska Access' third offering is a subscriber-only web page with a calendar view of the lowest fares. The view is tailored to the subscriber's favorite destinations, Alaska said.
Alaska Access is the airline's second subscription service. Alaska launched Flight Pass, a flight subscription service that costs between $49 and $189 per month, in 2022.
