2023 DEVELOPMENTS
* Concluded updates to Amazon Web Services' cloud-based architecture to prepare for 2024 transition into NDC distribution.
* Continued to focus on its proprietary event-planning tool, TripEvents. Event integration with key registration platforms and deeper integration with clients' events solutions has positioned company to expand its events vertical.
