Singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor will be godmother of the Utopia of the Seas, Royal Caribbean International's newest ship, set to debut this month.
Trainor will host a three-day cruise and concert ahead of the ship's July 19 debut in Florida's Port Canaveral that will include 52 fans, one for every weekend of the year, who were selected to join via an online contest.
"It's an incredible honor to join the Royal Caribbean family as godmother of Utopia of the Seas and set the tone for the parties to come," Trainor said in a statement.
During the three-day sailing, the Grammy winner will officially name the Utopia in front of crew members, media, travel advisors and the 52 fans. She will then put on a concert in the ship's open-air AquaTheater and host a fan meet-and-greet.
The sailing with Trainor kicks off the Utopia's three-day weekend and four-day weekday inaugural season cruises.

Trainor won a Grammy for best new artist. In 2022, she released her fourth full-length album, "Takin' It Back," featuring the platinum hit "Made You Look." She has been featured on the FOX series "The Four: Battle for Stardom" and on the coaching panel of "The Voice UK." In 2021 she launched a podcast, "Workin' On It," which she hosts alongside her brother, Ryan Trainor.
