The Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, in the La Romana region of the Dominican Republic, will host its second annual Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival Oct. 10 to 12.
This year's event will feature headlining chef and TV personality Scott Conant, chef Hubert Keller and James Beard Award-winning chef Shawn McClain. The event is a partnership with Invited, which owns and operates more than 200 golf courses and country, city, and stadium clubs.
"The Dominican Republic's culinary scene has been long overlooked," said Jason Kycek, senior vice president of sales and marketing for the resort. "This year's attendees will be fully immersed with premier food and beverage experiences, top-notch tastings, never-before-seen demonstrations and an infusion of Dominican cuisine, rums, and culinary artisans."
