This August, San Jose del Cabo will welcome the freshly renovated Tropicana Los Cabos. Located in the city's arts district, the Mexican hacienda-inspired boutique hotel is 20 minutes from Los Cabos Airport and within walking distance to San Jose del Cabos' art galleries, beaches, biking routes and restaurants.

The property was originally built in 1956 as the Tropicana Inn. Today, the newly reimagined hotel has 68 rooms and two suites, the Tropicana Pool Bar and two dining options. The revamped Tropicana, Cocina de las Californias will serve a farm-to-table menu that pays homage to the cuisine of the region. The Baja Mediterranean-inspired El Patio will offer traditional dishes and recipes tapping San Jose del Cabo's Hispanic heritage.
A wellness center will have a full menu of services, including Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, massage services and classes on the outdoor yoga terrace, along with a game room including a pool table and board games, an outdoor hot tub and heated pool and complimentary bicycles to ride around town.
